As you know, we are an affiliate of TCB Corporation. From time to time, we supply information regarding our financial performance to our parent. Included in this information is summary data about all of our clients: specifically acount balances and advisory fees paid.
The law allows us to share this identifying information and information about our transactions and experiences with you with our affiliate TCB Corporation (and its related parties). We do not share other information about you with any third party.

This Privacy Pledge applies to individuals who obtain or have obtained from us a financial product or service that is used primarily for personal, family or household purposes. The laws of some states may impose separate requirements before particular types of information about customers in those states can be disclosed. This Privacy Pledge is provided in compliance with applicable law and replaces all other notices, statements or agreements with respect to the same subject matter.
